Lilly is a vagrant older woman, who keeps her possessions in a shopping cart. She also has three cats; two in a carrier and one who rides on top of the carrier. She has named these cats Raimi, Campbell and Ed.
Lilly appears in the Tales of the TMNT, volume 2, issue #9 story "The Path". She encounters Michelangelo's cat, Klunk, in an alley after Klunk escapes the Turtles apartment through a broken screen on a window. Thinking that Klunk is a stray, Lilly tries to make friends, but the cat is not having any of it. He runs away from Lilly and into the path of a car.
After Klunk is badly injured, Lilly picks him up, determined to take the cat to the river. The Turtles spot her taking Klunk away and Michelangelo quickly dons a disguise and goes after her. Lilly convinces Michelangelo that someone she knows named Tomas can fix Klunk, and she talks Michelangelo into coming with her to the river where he lives.
When Tomas says that fixing Klunk requires a life for a life, Michelangelo turns to Lilly and begs for one of her cats, but she refuses. Lilly waits with Tomas while Michelangelo goes to find another cat. When Michelangelo decides that he can't trade another life for Klunk's and leaves, Lilly remains behind with Tomas.
