Dick is a member of the Monkey Thieves, a gang of human goons who work for Silver. He wears a blue suit, yellow shirt and hat with a matching yellow kerchief in the jacket pocket, a red carnation in his lapel, and a striped tie. He is one of the few Monkey Thieves who speak more than a few words. Dick, like the rest of the Monkey Thieves, is not very bright.
History
Silver and Gold
Dick joins the other Monkey Thieves and Silver in a bank robbery caper. Dick is sniffing a wad of cash and Silver slaps it out of his hand, telling him to keep his nose off of his money. Dick is one of the Monkey Thieves who operates the drill to break into the bank vault. Dick produces the pair of handcuffs that Silver uses to secure Venus to the inside of the bank vault door before he joins the battle against the Turtles.
Windfall
An old man, who has a winning lottery ticket worth one hundred and twelve million dollars, drops the ticket into the sewers to keep Silver from stealing it from him. Dick accompanies his boss into the tunnels to retrieve the ticket, only to find out that Michaelangelo has found the ticket first.
When Leonardo cuts the pants off of Dick during a fight scene in Windfall, Dick is shown to wear orange boxers.
Sewer Crash
In Sewer Crash, Dick and Mick play video games on Silver’s computer, despite having been told not to touch the machine. They eventually managed to break the computer. Until the last few minutes of the episode, Nick and Mick are the only Monkey Thieves shown.
